Class Descriptions
BootCamp: You know the drill…anything goes @ PitFit Training! Reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie-burning workout through challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training and much more!
Instructed by Jim Leo, renowned motorsports trainer.
Boxing: Get in shape with the “sweet science.” Basic punching combinations of boxing on the heavy, speed, two-ended bag and with focus mitts. Well chosen bootcamp drills will push you to your ultimate fitness level. Hand wraps and boxing gloves provided.
Hot Vinyasa Yoga: a dynamic form of yoga that connects postures and creates a flow between traditional yoga postures. Classes are a unique combination of ashtanga, vinyasa, bikram, and yin style yoga. Elements of meditation will be introduced.
