PitFit Training, Inc Privacy Statement, Policies and Procedures

PRIVACY POLICY
PitFit Training Inc. is aware of customers’ need for privacy when ordering on the Internet. It is the comfort and convenience of on-line ordering to customers. However, technology is constantly changing. By utilizing our site, you understand and accept any risks that may occur through electronic information sharing through any or our sites, even though advertised as secure. PitFit Training Inc. makes every effort to ensure that customers have the most private ordering processes available, but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen or unintended access to client information.

If you require privacy over and above this secure site structure or have a specific question you would like to ask concerning the extent of privacy afforded by any of PitFit Training Inc. site, please contact us via email at info@pitfit.com, or call us 1-317-388-1000, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. PitFit Training Inc. Staff will be happy to address any concerns you might have regarding ordering on-line.

PitFit Training Inc. will not and does not release personal identification information about customers, at any time, through any means, to vendors, or other third parties, without your permission (unless it is necessary for the completion of your order). Personal information includes information such as; name, address, phone number, and email address. Anonymous information such as site usage information, domain names and/or I.P. address or browsers visiting our sites, is utilized for site visitation tracking information, and is aimed at bettering the presentation of the sites pages to PitFit Training Inc. customers.

PitFit Training Inc. uses pixels, or transparent GIF files, to help manage online advertising. These GIF files are provided by the ad management partner, Conversion Ruler. These files enable Conversion Ruler to recognize a unique on your Web Browser, which in turn enables PitFit Training Inc. to learn which advertisements bring users to the website. With both, cookies and Spotlight Technology, the information that is collected and shared is anonymous, and not personally identifiable. It does not contain your name, address, telephone number or email address.

REGISTERING ON OUR SITE
PitFit Training Inc. wants to assure you that when you register on any of their sites, the personal information you enter is secure, is utilized internally for order processing, and may include some private mailings to you. If you wish to be excluded from mailings, please indicate via email to: info@pitfit.com. PitFit Training Inc. will be happy to comply with your request.

Sales Tax
Sales tax added to your order will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes to orders shipped within the state of Indiana. The internet Tax Freedom Act, signed into law on October 21, 1988, does not preclude sales and use taxes on any and all commerce conducted over the internet. State and local governments are allowed to impose sales and use tax on all such electronic sales, provided that the tax rate is the same as that which would be imposed on the transactions if they were conducted over the phone or in your local store. For orders delivered to Indiana, the state and local sales tax rate is 6%.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal (Pay Pal orders must be completed online). Personal checks and cashier’s checks are also accepted.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize in advance for any errors on the website (pricing, sizing, availability). We make every effort to keep this site updated, but may sell out of items before we can note that on the website. We ask for your patience and understanding.
Gift Certificates/Coupons/Promotions
You can redeem a PitFit Training Inc. Gift Certificate at any time for any of our products. Just place your order and when you are checking out you will be prompted to enter your Gift Certificate Code. The amount of your Gift Certificate will be automatically deducted from your order! You can use a credit card to cover any additional charges in excess of the gift certificate.
As a PitFit Training Inc. customer, you can receive coupons or promotions throughout the year. You can become a preferred customer by signing our email list on the main page. During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter the coupon code provided. Once it has been entered, hit the submit button and continue with the checkout process. Your savings will be reflected on the screen.
The following section outlines the rules established to facilitate processing of Gift Certificates/Coupons/Promotions via the PitFit Training Inc., Store. If at any time, you think there may be a mistake with the Gift Certificates/Coupons/Promotions you have been awarded please contact the PitFit Training Inc. staff (317) 388-1000 or (info@pitfit.com).
The following rules apply to all Gift Certificates:

  • Gift Certificates must be redeemed at our website; www.pitfit.com
  • Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash
  • Remaining amount can be used on your next purchase
  • You must use the same gift certificate code
  • Amounts in excess of gift certificate must be paid via credit card
  • Gift Certificates expire (1) year after being issued

The following rules apply to all Coupons/Promotions:

  • Special offer valid through specified dates
  • Offer is not retroactive – not valid on prior purchases
  • Normal return policy apply
  • Not valid with other discount offers
  • Merchandise of same value cannot be exchanged
  • If necessary, PitFit Training Inc. reserves the right to make substitutions to free gifts with purchase
  • Coupons not redeemable for cash
  • Only one (1) coupon per customer
  • Minimum purchase may be required; individual purchase requirements are indicated on each coupon

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by PitFit Training Inc. upon the return delivery process. Once the package is received back in our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a Free Shipping* Promotion. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest shipping rates possible. This does not apply to packages that appeared to be damaged in shipping.

Track Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to track it you can use the ‘Track a Package’ feature on the Postal Connections website (www.postalconnections.com), in the upper right hand corner. As soon as orders are shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know it’s on the way.

Once you get the e-mail from us telling you that your packages have been sent via Priority Mail/Ground Shipping, you should expect the package to take approximately 5-10 days to arrive. PitFit Training Inc. can also ship ‘Next Day and 2nd Day Air’ orders, these orders must be placed by NOON (12pm) Central Time to be shipped the same business day.

Keep in mind that our warehouse is located in Central Indiana, so depending on where you live you might get your packages in less than the 5-10 day window. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays, so please be aware that due to high volume shipping around holidays orders can take almost (2) weeks.

If your package is late in arriving, please double-check the status of your shipment using the online order ‘Track a Package’ feature located on the Postal Connections website. If you’ve double-checked the tracking status and you’re still wondering where your package is, please contact PitFit Training Inc. at (317) 388-1000 and we will be happy to help track down your package.

Shipping Methods and Charges
Shipping charges are based on a percentage of the purchase price.

  • Less than $49.99 (25% of Purchase Price)
  • $50.00 to $99.99 (15% of Purchase Price)
  • $100.00 to $149.99 (10% of Purchase Price)
  • $150.00 and Up (Free Shipping)

    • Mexico              FedEx
    • Rest of World    DHL

If an item is on back-order, we will do our best to note it on the product page with an expected ship date. On rare occasions, we are not notified of the back-orders status from some of our vendors, and are unable to update the site with the proper information before orders can be placed. We will contact you if you have placed an order that is on back-stock and give you the option of keeping the order or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.

RUSH/SPECIAL ORDERS: Select items cannot be rushed, Please contact us if it is absolutely necessary that you receive your order in less time than indicated to make sure that we can get your order to you in time. Rush/Special Orders cannot be cancelled at any point.

If you need your order by a specific date, before your due date please contact us at (317) 388-1000 and we will do our best to get it to you by that date. PitFit Training Inc. cannot guarantee Rush/Special Orders will arrive on given dates, even though every attempt will be made to comply with special requests.

International Orders
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the processing of orders through customs during International Orders, PitFit Training Inc. is not responsible for items that may be held by customs through the shipping process.

PLEASE NOTE: Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receivers’ responsibility to pay all Custom Duty taxes and charges. If you refuse the items at time of delivery you will still be charged for the shipping and the return charges. This applies only to international orders, domestic orders are not effected by this policy.

Drop-ship Items
PitFit Training Inc. utilize vendors that have drop-ship programs. Items associated with the Drop-ship program may take an additional 7 to 14 days to receive.  All information will be made available as this is a special order situation. Company’s who provide this service for PitFit Training Inc. will provide (delivery agent, phone number, delivery window and shipping chargesàdifferent than normal shipping charges).

Damage/Defective Items
If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Simply contact us at (317) 388-1000 or (info@pitfit.com) and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a positive one.

PitFit Training Inc. takes great care to ensure to the best of our ability the safe and expedient transport of your order to your home. Although our items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order upon delivery. Take the time to note any damage  to your order on delivery. Upon inspection, if you find that your packages have been damaged, do not refuse the shipment! Leave the merchandise in the original container and contact PitFit Training Inc. immediately at (317) 388-1000 or (info@pitfit.com). Damages must be reported to PitFit Training Inc. at the time of delivery. If you do not inspect your items upon delivery and call us immediately, PitFit Training Inc. will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged merchandise.

Order Changes/Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason please contact us by contacting us at (317) 388-1000, within 2 hours and PitFit Training Inc. staff will make every attempt to change the order being processed. After that, we will do all we can to cancel or change the order with the manufacturer but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it from being shipped. If the order is shipped, it then qualifies as a return. PLEASE SEE THE RETURN POLICY FOR DETAILS.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, please contact us immediately to help expedite the process! Order changes cannot be guaranteed if received via email. Email changes should have ‘CHANGE ORDER’ in the subject line to receive prompt attention and we will do all we can to change your order.

Incorrect Ship To Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a Free Shipping* promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary shipping costs which allow us to offer the lowest shipping rates possible.

RETURNS
Returned items need to have either a Return Authorization Number (RA#) generated by an PitFit Training Inc., or a Return Authorization Form, sent with the returned item. PitFit Training Inc. would like you to have both the RA# and the RA Form. This will ensure a timely transaction. PitFit Training Inc. recommends that you should return your items via a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to M-F Athletic with freight prepaid. Warranty and or defective items that need to be returned please call PitFit Training Inc. directly for further assistance.

PRICING CHANGES
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, PitFit Training Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PitFit Training Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your card.
