Boxing 9am (DC)
Boxing training is one of the most effective tools for driver anaerobic training with a massive emphasis on reaction speed and reflexes. As the driver improves their skill, greater emphasis is placed on training as a fighter would for an actual bout. Each session works within timed rounds and recovery periods. Drivers can expect to use heavy bags, speed bags, two-ended bags, medicine balls, and a variety of other “Rocky-like” tools.
